Record a condition properly

Account, then Your health record, then Conditions. Say what you were told, in your own words. Once we recognise it, a stage box appears worded the way your condition words it: cancer has a stage, kidney disease has G1 to G5, heart failure has a class, COPD has a grade, and diabetes has a type. Most conditions are not staged and show no box at all. You can also record the doctor, the hospital, how it was confirmed, what is being done, your next follow-up, and a picture of the report. We never work a stage out ourselves.
