Why does one item have boxes and another only a tick?

Because we only ask for what something is actually measured in. A walk has minutes and distance. "Add a palm of protein at breakfast" has nothing to type, so it is a tick and nothing else. We would rather ask nothing than ask you for sets and reps on a walk.
