Yes, when they came from your doctor or lab through Apple Health Records. Import your Apple Health export, then open Lab results. They appear under Lab results from Apple Health with their date and the range your lab printed, and in your results over time. Blood tests you typed into Apple Health yourself are not lab records and do not appear.
