What happens when I add a document or a label photo?

Memios sends the file to a reading service run by another company, which reads the words and numbers and sends them back. We send the file and nothing that names you. No one at Memios looks at it while it is read. You check what was read before anything is saved. If you keep the original, it is stored in your private space, and deleting the document deletes the file too. You never have to add a document. Reading a document or a label photo is part of Reclaim Basic and above.
