What does Series not complete mean?

Some vaccines are a course rather than one shot. Shingles is two doses and hepatitis B is three. If you told us you have had fewer than the full course, we say so on the card. It is a reminder to raise it with your doctor or pharmacist, not a warning. If you left the doses box blank we say nothing, because not knowing is not the same as not finishing.
