What do Taking now, Prescribed, not taking and Past mean?

Taking now is what you take today.

Taking now is what you take today. Prescribed, not taking is a medicine still prescribed to you that you are not taking at the moment. Past is something you stopped, and old prescriptions. On Supplements the middle group reads Not taking. Past items are kept for your records and your doctor.
